Online Verzoek Formulier (Examencommissie RSM) voor RSM studenten.

Let op: Alle verzoeken van RSM-studenten moeten worden ingediend via Osiris Zaak in Osiris Student, behalve onderstaande verzoeken.

Alleen deze verzoeken verlopen nog via onderstaand verzoekformulier:

  • Extra tentamenkans BSc
  • Extra tentamenkans MSc
  • Toelating tot een vak zonder voldaan aan eisen (bv. B3 vak zonder B1 voldaan)
  • Individuele klachten over een tentamen
  • Verlenging geldigheidsduur deelcijfers (alleen MSc)

Welkom op de website van de Examencommissie waar RSM-studenten een verzoek aan de Examencommissie kunnen indienen.

Geef eerst aan bij welke opleiding uw verzoek hoort:

  • Indien uw ERNA account (tijdelijk) niet actief is, klik dan .
  • Indien u géén RSM student bent, dient u uw verzoek (m.b.t. RSM) rechtstreeks te sturen naar ec@rsm.nl

Important: all requests from RSM-students need to be submitted via Osiris Case, except for the following requests.

Only for the following requests you can use the request form below:

  • Extra exam opportunity BSc
  • Extra exam opportunity MSc
  • Admission course without meeting requirements (e.g. B3 courses without B1 completed)
  • Individual complaints about an examination
  • Extension validity partial grades (only MSc)
